Now. The 3-4-3 is another of the soccer formations which does exactly what it says on the tin: three defenders, four midfielders and three strikers.
A team with this formation will inevitably be quite attacking as they have a few strikers and this is a good thing for scoring lots of goals. There are also plenty of midfielders so that the team can dominate in the middle of the park in order to set up attacks for the forwards to finish.
The problem comes where defence is concerned because three defenders might not always be enough. So I’d suggest that a midfielder from the team should always drop back when the the team is defending, just to help out and prevent the other team from scoring!
