Free Soccer Drills: Changing Ends

Ok. This one of the free soccer drills is for players aged 12 and up. It helps you practice passing, dribbling, turning, balancing, running, communication and decision making.

Mark out a playing area and split the players up into two teams- each team should wear a different colour. You should have a line of players, of alternate colours, on each side of the area.

Players with a ball should dribble to the middle of the area and pass to someone of a different colour on the other side. Then run to take their place.

If no one is available on the other side from the opposite team, turn around and pass to someone on your own side of the area.

I hope that’s clear and you get some good practice from it!
